 David L. Ball, A.I.A. – Senior Vice President-Development
  • 35 years experience in the real estate industry.
  • President of Development for I.D.M. Corporation in Long Beach from 1981 to 1993, and a principal in an international architectural firm.
  • B.S. in Structural Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
  • Licensed General Contractor and a Registered Architect in the states of California and Nevada.



Jake Loughridge -- Analyst
  • 5 years experience in real estate development .
  • Prior to CT, worked for Kearny Real Estate Company as an analyst and accounting clerk.
  • BA in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2003
  • Licensed California real estate broker.



    		Raymond A. Polverini – Senior Vice President - Multi-Family
    • 27 years experience in real estate development and management.
    • Prior to CT, Vice President of sales/development for Santa Margarita Company.
    • B.S. in Economics at Santa Clara University, California.
    • Affiliations with the Building Industry Association of Orange County and Home Builders Council.



    		John Valentine – Senior Vice President Acquisitions
    • 49 years experience in real estate brokerage, financing, development and marketing.
    • Owned and operated his own real estate brokerage firm prior to joining CT.  Also was president of a subsidiary of a publicly held company managing 85 sales people. Was also vice president of marketing for Birtcher Development Co.
    • Honorary director for life of the California Association of Realtors, past director of the National Association of Realtors, and a past advisory board member of Pioneer Bank.
    • BA in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Redlands.
    • Licensed California Real Estate Broker.



    		Lance T. Watkins - Development Partner/Self Storage Division
    • 10 years experience in various areas of development, construction and operations management.
    • Prior to CT, served as a Special Projects Manager for the container operations of the Four S Company and was head of his own construction company.
    • BA from George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia, studying Business and Communications.
